Paint the bottom of a paper plate brown and cut it in half. It is so much fun to watch. Cut up the construction paper into small pieces to represent the twigs for the nest, then add in some green.
Make A Pompom Bird (Or Several) Using.
Then apply lots of glue to the bottom half of the plate and add your nest materials. Arrange the strips of brown paper on a piece of blue construction paper to make a tree limb, as shown. Put a good amount all over the paper plate half and have children place the tissue paper on top, until the piece is completely covered.
